Our Team
In February 2013, Dustin Lee started Fidelis Sustainability Distribution as the 80% owner, president, and chief executive officer. Mr. Lee is the SBVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) principle. While working in the medical device industry he saw other veteran-owned government procurement companies with little inside the industry experience. As he worked with these companies he saw the need for government contract procurement with both veteran status and actual industry experience. In late 2012, Mr. Lee decided that it was time to make things that way they should be again by returning to his roots of leading from the front.
FROM DUSTIN:
“I’m the Veteran Principal at FSD. It won’t take you long to see that I lead from the front. This isn’t a common government distributorship management theme. I was an operator as a Marine Corps Scout Sniper. I was in Mission planning with high level brass and hours later on the battle field as an operator. With that said you won’t find arm chair sales and business leadership at FSD. You’ll find us running towards gunfire to serve our customers and the all the obstacles that may occur in route will be handled in stride. My experiences to do so started at a young age, from athletics, my Marine Sniper Combat operations in Afghanistan to my leadership role as the principal of Fidelis Sustainability Distribution.
I look forward to showing you how my team and I operate to make you and your team’s lives easier in supporting our customers at all levels. Please reach out to me directly for any needs. See you on the field.”

In 2016, Nick was a regional sales director at a nearly $1 billion dollar a year food distribution company based out of Pennsylvania. Well entrenched in his career, he had no reason for leaving his comfortable position within the space. Meanwhile at Fidelis, with sales demands growing beyond the current manpower at hand, more support was clearly needed in order to grow at scale. Dustin made a special trip to PA knowing that he and Nick had already operated together as Marine Snipers in Afghanistan years prior. When Dustin explained the opportunity at Fidelis to Nick, the trusted mutual respect and working foundation was already there. Nick quickly asked some key questions making sure the opportunity would support his family and he said, tell me when, and I’ll be there. The rest is history and Nick has already made a big impact in supporting sales at Fidelis.
Education: Florida State Bachelors Degree in Marketing
Dustin Relation: Molly and Dustin have been friends since childhood. Their fathers were great friends. Michael Lee and Ed Frazer always had a great business and personal relationship. Molly and Dustin grew up watching this and our fathers doing a great deal of business together.
Bio Summary: After college, Molly came back to her family's business in Reno and helped her father run a $30-plus million dollar West Coast manufacturing and distribution company. Dustin watched her become quickly entrenched in all aspects of the company to the point where the Dr. Pepper 7 Up Corporation wanted to buy them out. She was involved in everything at a high level and when Fidelis needed some help managing all the finances and internal business. Molly was a clear choice to help expand the team.
