EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Bridging World-Class Manufacturing with Federal Procurement

Fidelis is a CVE-certified SDVOSB government distributor dedicated to helping major medical and dental device manufacturers scale within the U.S. federal sector. We serve as your dedicated government sales force multiplier—bridging the gap between commercial manufacturing and the U.S. government customer.

Federal contracting is a moving target where regulations and facility-level interpretations shift constantly. Because government bidding is the most highly technical process in business, we operate with tactical precision. While the industry is cluttered with passive vendors who merely offer contract management, Fidelis actively drives your growth. We win on our Fortune 100 industry expertise, but as a veteran-owned and operated firm, our SDVOSB certification provides both our manufacturing partners and government agencies with a distinct, reliable advantage.

PROVEN CAPABILITY

Our Track Record of Execution:

  • $200M+ | U.S. Government sales successfully executed.

  • 1,500+ | Federal contracts awarded and flawlessly fulfilled.

  • 170 | VA Medical Centers actively serviced nationwide.

  • 200+ | VA and DoD facilities supplied globally across 8 countries.

OUR MISSION & STEWARDSHIP

Semper Fidelis: Always Faithful to Our Veterans and Taxpayers Our team is faithfully committed to serving those who have served. Taking our ethos from the Marine Corps motto, Semper Fidelis, we strive to provide long-term, uncompromising service to our military community—including active-duty personnel, their dependents, and all veterans receiving care at the VA and DoD.

We leverage premier U.S. national contracts to supply our veterans with the most advanced, high-tech medical and dental equipment available. As taxpayers and veterans ourselves, we take pride in our fiscal stewardship. We negotiate data-backed, fair market value prices to eliminate wasteful spending while ensuring our manufacturing partners remain highly competitive. The U.S. government is the largest enterprise in the world. Like navigating a massive aircraft carrier, we provide the expert guidance and tactical focus required to steer complex procurements smoothly to their destination.

OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE

How We Operate:

  • Equitable Partnerships (Justice): We evaluate every federal contract and vendor relationship objectively, ensuring that outcomes are driven entirely by merit, data, and performance.

  • Strategic Risk Mitigation (Judgment): In a highly regulated landscape, we analyze complex contracting environments systematically. We actively mitigate risk by replacing reactive decisions with grounded, pragmatic strategy.

  • Flawless Execution (Dependability): We operate with a zero-excuse mentality. We seamlessly align with our partners' corporate directives and federal compliance standards, voluntarily taking on heavy administrative burdens to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

  • Proactive Agility (Initiative): When standard procedures hit bureaucratic roadblocks, we engineer resourceful, compliant solutions. We anticipate market shifts and execute independently to keep the procurement cycle moving forward.

  • Calculated Urgency (Decisiveness): Hesitation is a liability. We synthesize complex data to make sound, rapid decisions, ensuring our partners never lose momentum to bureaucratic delays.

  • Strategic Diplomacy (Tact): We navigate high-stakes federal negotiations calmly and professionally. We are firm, steadfast advocates for our partners, balancing resolute negotiation with the utmost respect for every agency we serve.

LEADERSHIP & HERITAGE

Built on Enterprise Experience and Military Discipline The foundation of Fidelis is built on a legacy of military service and entrepreneurial grit. Founder Dustin Lee grew up watching his family run Lee Brothers Leasing, a multifaceted Nevada business founded in 1947 by his WWII-veteran grandfather and great-uncle.

In 1998, Dustin took those early lessons in leadership and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. He earned a coveted spot in the elite Marine Sniper Unit, completing the notoriously rigorous Scout Sniper course. His training was put to the ultimate test in 2001, where he served as one of four snipers instrumental in securing high-stakes targets in Afghanistan, including Bagram Airbase and the U.S. Embassy in Kabul.

After earning his business degree, Dustin transitioned his tactical precision to corporate strategy, driving medical device sales for Fortune 100 giant Stryker. Recognizing that the medical distribution industry needed a team that operated with both enterprise-level acumen and military discipline, he launched Fidelis. Today, under Dustin’s leadership, Fidelis has executed hundreds of millions in global sales, standing as a premier distribution partner for the world's top medical manufacturers.
