At FSD, we want to offer our customers the benefits of a small grass roots, “mom and pop” operation but with the know-how and capability of a large scale multinational corporation.

Our Foundation
The foundation of the Fidelis business model began from the military service of our veteran principal. As our business grows, so too does our ability to give back to those who serve our great country.
Not only do we seek out the best technologies to our VA/DoD customers but also we offer them to our customers at the best prices, as we know the government does not have money to waste.
We especially recognize the transition from military service to civilian life can be compromised by the growing mental health problems and thoughts of despair. Our ultimate goal is to bring hope for a bright future by offering employment to veterans interested in supporting our growing business needs.

YEAR by YEAR GROWTH
The business has grown exponentially since its founding in 2013. Fidelis now has 3 US-based locations and 20 offshore employees in India supporting the IT side. Our headquarters are in Carson City, Nevada. Our second and third locations are in Hood River, Oregon, and San Diego, California. In 2019, Fidelis purchased a subsidiary company in Erie, Pennsylvania, called Fidelis PA Direct. Fidelis PA Direct is also a distributorship but in the food and beverage space. PA Direct now has 15 employees. In 2020, Fidelis is taking to market its first proprietary software module called Zeus. Zeus supports small businesses as a sales force multiplier. We want to help other small businesses to grow as fast as we did. Fidelis has never taken any outside financial investment, has no business bank loans, and has been 100% partner funded.
